Who is Smartway?

Smartway is a well reputed fast growing pharmaceuticals company which supplies all types of generic and patented pharmaceuticals products, biological, unlicensed products and controlled drugs to Doctors, Pharmacists, Hospitals, Clinics, Wholesalers, NGOs and other registered healthcare professionals in Europe and Worldwide.

Who regulates Smartway?

Smartway is licensed and regulated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK. All products supplied by Smartway are UK and EU approved.

Can I buy from Smartway Pharmaceuticals?

If you are a licensed pharmacy or wholesaler in the UK, or approved to supply medicinal products in your country of origin, you can definitely buy from us.

Prior to processing an order we will need to carry out our bona fides checks which will include obtaining a copy of license and thereafter validating it on a Government or professional bodies website. For export customers (non EU) if a Government or professional website is not available then we will have to get confirmation from your Embassy or from a solicitor or from a commissioner of oath, which may delay the account opening procedure.

Why do I have to provide so much information, and in particular why do I have to give details of my professional registration?

Pharmaceutical business in the UK is operated under the UKMHRA and Home Office Law thus we have to ensure the professional status of the customer. Only eligible businesses and person can purchase medications.

In this regard we appreciate your co-operation. The more information you provide the quicker we would be able to process your account application.

How do I pay for my order?

We would first need to approve your account for any transaction. We accept payment via bank transfer, cheque or credit card. Once the payments are received in our account we will arrange delivery/collection of your stock.
